About the input voltage: This constant current board requires 2 voltage inputs, VCC is connected to 40-165V voltage, VIN is connected to 12-24V voltage. If only one voltage input, voltage can not boosted.
The default current is 200MA. The short-circuit solder joint can increase the corresponding current value (added on the basis of 200mA). Please gradually increase the current, In order to avoid excessive current, burn out the light bar.

J1=20MA
J2=40MA
J3=60MA
J4=J5=100MA
J6=200MA
For example short-circuit solder joint J1, now the current is 220mA; short-circuit J1+J2, now the current is 260mA.
